Terms of Service
Product Description
RentalFlow Pro is an offline HTML application for rental property management. Each purchase includes a license key for one device activation.
License Activation
Each license includes one device activation. You can move it to a new device by deactivating the old one.
Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.
Device Binding & Anti-Abuse Policy
One license, one device: Each license is bound to a single device. You can unbind and rebind to a different device once every 7 days via the license portal (link provided in your license email).
- No Sharing: Licenses are for individual use only. Sharing your license key with others violates the Terms of Service and may result in license revocation.
- Commercial Restrictions: Single-user licenses are for personal/small business use. Contact us for multi-user/enterprise pricing.
- Abuse Detection: We monitor for suspicious activity including but not limited to: rapid device switching, simultaneous use, tampering with license validation, and fraudulent activation attempts. Violations may result in license suspension without refund.
- License Validation: The app performs automatic validation checks every 30 days when online. You can work offline for up to 30 days between checks.

- Chargebacks or fraudulent payments will result in license revocation

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

End-User License Agreement
License Grant
Introversion AI LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one device per license key.
Device Activation
- One device activation per license
- Transfer to new device every 7 days (unbind process link provided in license email)
- Unbind process available via secure license portal
- Multiple simultaneous activations will void the license
Permitted Uses
- Install and use on one device
- Create backups of your data
- Use for legitimate rental property management
- Transfer license to new device (with deactivation)
Prohibited Uses
- Sharing license keys with others
- Redistributing the software
- Reverse engineering or decompilation
- Commercial resale without permission
- Use on multiple devices simultaneously
Updates
Your purchase includes bug fixes and maintenance updates for RentalFlow Pro v1.
Your software continues working exactly as purchased. We may release additional products in the future, but your offline version will always work independently.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms, request a refund, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. The software may not be exported to certain countries or individuals.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Introversion AI LLC. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
